Dear Ms. Field,
I saw your beautiful garden the Spring 2006 edition of Country Gardens. I always "oooh and aaahhh" when I see such lovely lush gardens. Your family is very fortunate to have their own personal landscape designer!
I live in Bozeman, Montana so gardening is challenging! But clematis will grow here! My friend has a new baby named Juliette and I would love to give her that namesake clematis as a gift. I have searched several sites to order it and cannot find it anywhere. I was wondering if you remember where you had found it and could pass that information to me.
Thank you for your time and inspiring pictures of your garden!

Thank you,

Karen H.

Dear Ms. Field,

Just got my copy of Country Gardens with the article about you and your garden. It's lovely. There is a picture of a rose colored Stokes' aster on page 26. Did a search and all I seem to find are blue Stokes' asters. Is there a specific name for this variety? It's beautiful and would love it for my garden. Thank you for your time.

I live in Buffalo, New York. Your garden took my breath away. It is just what I had pictured in my mind's eye for the combination vegetable and cutting garden that I am planning for the area where my barn once stood. Do you ever show your garden to visitors? My sister lives in Portsmouth off of Water Street (on the Sakkonet River). I usually visit once or twice a year and would love to see your wonderful garden up close.

Thank you - and thanks for the inspiration!
